Me, Gone

About

I’m on a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) grant to Cyprus for 2011-2012. Follow me as I travel to, explore, and learn about Cyprus (and blog about other things as well). For more  information on the program, visit the Fulbright’s ETA-specific page.

“Side Notes” are my comments on things unrelated to life in Cyprus.

Meghan, I am enjoying your stories and pictures. I’m glad you’re getting to play “frisbee” and finding running partners. Think of you often. Enjoy! Linda

Dear Meghan: You are always in my thoughts! Only today, not feeling so rushed with work/life, I waded back through emails to find your address (eek! it was Sept. 12)but it was worth it to find your BLOG. There’s so much I want to read (your words/thoughts) and the photos ALL–so far just peeded at Petra.
For now, it’s just a HELLO and LOVE and HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
Promises to stay in real touch now. –Millie

    Hi from Chicago!!!

Meghan, we miss you! We finalized the dates for the next “family reunion” – July 21-28, 2012 – Carmel, CA. We’re hoping you can make it. Jack asked if “that girl” is coming. :) Maybe Kyle can come too? I want to see his JACK impersonation. :)

Would you mind sending your address in Cyprus? I thought you might like to see our Christmas card – Jack in reindeer antlers and missing a few teeth.

    Take care!

    Love,
    Mary
